Real-Time Supervision
Surveillance investigators are radio-dispatched from the local office and maintain close communication with their supervisor throughout the course of the investigation. When an investigator arrives at the location of the assignment, he/she contacts the supervisor to discuss the case in detail. As activity occurs, the investigator is required to notify the supervisor immediately. In turn, the supervisor provides information, makes phone calls, runs license plate numbers, etc. At the conclusion of the surveillance, the investigator supplies a detailed report for each surveillance assignment. This method of supervision increases overall efficiency resulting in better surveillance operations and the ability to monitor all of our field investigators at any given time.


Equipment
Bonnamy & Associates maintains a fleet of specially modified/company owned surveillance vehicles including cars, SUV's and vans. All vehicles are equipped with the latest 8mm and digital cameras with tripods. All investigators are supplied with a nationwide two-way radio. We also utilize the latest technology regarding hidden camera equipment including notebook, clothing and pager cameras used for the discrete legal documentation of a claimant's public indoor activity.
